licensed wedding officiant by the States of Ohio and West Virginia.

Rev. Eugene Miligi is the "original Youngstown wedding minister". He started his wedding ministry in 2001 shortly after being ordained. In 2001 Rev. Miligi researched the area looking for ministers that perform weddings for couples of different faiths, and non-traditional religious backgrounds.
He couldn't find any at that time.
Rev. Miligi believes that he is Youngstown's
"original non-traditional non-denominational wedding minister".

Rev. Elizabeth is an Ordained Christian Minister. Rev. Beth has been influenced as a young child by her grandparents faith in Jesus Christ. Rev. Beth is currently enrolled at Youngstown State University, and plans to counsel troubled teenagers upon graduation.
